This is the title of the scroll. 

We see that it is the 47th volume of the 80-volume Mahāvaipulya Buddhāvataṃsaka Sūtra, which contains the second half of the 33rd chapter of the sutra, “The Inconceivable Dharmas of the Buddhas.”
